This Privacy Policy describes how Prompt AI ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Prompt AI iOS application.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide:

Text descriptions you enter when creating prompts
Style, subject, scene, camera, lighting, mood, and other prompt parameters you select
Your Apple ID name and email address (only if you sign in with Apple)

Information collected automatically:

Your generated prompt history (stored locally on your device and, if signed in, synced to our secure servers)
Usage count (number of free generations used), stored locally on your device
Subscription status (managed by Adapty)

2. How We Use Your Information

To generate AI prompts: your input text and selected parameters are sent to OpenAI's API (via our Supabase backend) to produce the prompt output.
To sync your prompt history across devices when you are signed in with Apple.
To manage your subscription and verify Pro access.
To enforce rate limits and prevent abuse of the generation service.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

OpenAI – Your prompt inputs are processed by OpenAI's GPT-4o model to generate outputs. OpenAI's privacy policy applies to data sent to their API.
Supabase – We use Supabase for authentication, database storage, and backend functions. Your Apple ID credentials and generation history are stored on Supabase servers.
Adapty – We use Adapty to manage in-app subscriptions. Adapty receives your anonymized user ID to track subscription status.

4. Data Storage and Security

Prompt history is stored locally on your device using iOS secure storage.
If you sign in with Apple, your history is also stored on Supabase servers with access restricted to your account.
Authentication tokens are stored in the iOS Keychain.
We do not sell your data to any third party.

5. Data Retention

Your prompt history and account data are retained as long as your account is active. You may delete your history from within the app at any time. To request full account deletion, contact us at ocan70@gmail.com.

6. Children's Privacy

Prompt AI is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. If you are in the EU or UK, you have additional rights under GDPR.

8. Advertising and Tracking

Prompt AI does not display advertisements. We do not use third-party advertising SDKs or cross-app tracking.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
