Prompt AI is a tool for generating AI prompts for use with third-party AI image and video generation platforms. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these terms.
You retain ownership of any descriptions or ideas you enter into the app. By using the app, you grant us a limited license to process your input solely for the purpose of generating your requested prompt output.
You agree not to input content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, or that violates the rights of others.
Prompts generated by Prompt AI are created using OpenAI's language models. You may use generated prompts freely for personal or commercial purposes. We make no guarantees about the suitability or performance of generated prompts on any specific platform.
Pro plans include a 3-day free trial for new subscribers. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be billed.
You may optionally sign in with Apple to enable cloud sync of your prompt history. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID.
We strive to keep Prompt AI available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Prompt AI is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
